We couldn’t be happier with Coronado Car Rental Company! Jose, the owners, the staff, and even the driver who picks you up are all fantastic. They are, as far as I know, the only rental car company in the Coronado/Gorgona/Chamé area that will pick you up and drop you off for free, which is such a helpful service and makes the whole experience much easier. And something else that is absolutely worth mentioning is in my experience everyone there speaks English. I do speak Spanish, but not great and so it is definitely a big help as well.

What really stands out is their honesty and customer service. The cars are excellent, well maintained, and what you see on their website is exactly what you get—no hidden fees, no surprises. We’ve rented from them several times, and every single time they’ve been transparent, reliable, and quick to respond if anything comes up. They always go the extra mile to make sure everything is right.

Jose and the team treat you like family, not just another customer. They are prompt about returning calls, attentive to details, and truly focused on making your rental experience as smooth as possible. It’s rare these days to find a company that is so upfront and genuinely cares about their clients, but Coronado Car Company delivers that consistently.

The only downside is they’re closed on Sundays, so we’ve had to use another company—but honestly, no one else even comes close in terms of service and quality. This is a top-notch, trustworthy company, and we are so grateful to have found them. We really don’t like renting from anyone else!

Great Service With a Smile I rented a vehicle for a week and I was quite pleased with the rental process, which was easy to work my way through. I loved the fact that they provided pick up and drop off service, without which I would have had to taken a taxi. That service was also very pleasant. I was even offered a drink during the ride to the car rental office. How lovely!

The vehicle I rented was clean when I collected it, and together we inspected the vehicle for bumps and bruises (lol) before I left the facility. Everything was explained to me regarding the use and return of the vehicle. They even paired my mobile phone to the car so that I could be safe using hands-free services.

Whenever I have a need to rent a vehicle again, I will definitely use the services of Coronado Cars.
